Bicycle recycle day

Bicycle Recycle Day: Do you have an unused or unwanted bike collecting dust in your garage? Every year tens of thousands of bikes are simply thrown out or discarded without the proper chance to be reused again!

Our Lady of Fatima Shrine, 101 Summer Street, Holliston will be hosting a Green Day Bicycle Recycle Day on Sunday, June 30th from 9 A.M. to 1 P.M. It does not matter the condition, age or type of bike as a majority of the bikes will be sold, then refurbished for reuse again in a new home either here in the United States, or in a developing third-world country. Some bikes are simply given away.

The cost of each bike sold is affordable as to defray shipping costs, repairs, storage, and other overhead. Those bikes sent to third-world countries will be provided as a low cost means of transportation, which is very much needed. The church also receives a portion of the proceeds of any bike sales. Thank you!
