Casual Runner 5K Training Program Offered by Hopkinton Running Club

Join the Hopkinton Running Club's New Casual Runner Group for a Couch to 5K Training Program that will get you ready to run the Timlin Race on June 10, 2012 (or another spring 5K of your choosing).  You will receive the support of like-minded runners, supervision from experienced trainers and the satisfaction of achieving a physical fitness goal this spring.  The training kicks off on Saturday, March 24, 2012 with weekend and weekday options.  For more information or to join the program email Erin Mahoney at erinpathways@comcast.net.  Your $20 registration also covers your membership in the Hopkinton Running Club.
