Finance Committee Meeting

Planned Agenda –9/20/2011  

1. Approval of meeting minutes; discussion regarding vacancy on the committee.

2. Review of final liaison assignments for FY12.

3. Review of departments making capital requests and plans for discussions with thesedepartments at the meetings on 9/27 and 10/4.

4. Meet with Library Director to discuss library capital request for fall TM.

5. Work on and hopefully finalize RFP for HR study; next steps.

6. Preliminary discussion of budget plans for FY13, including possible strategies foraddressing long term obligations (time permitting).
