Please join us for a fun Earth Day celebration at the Hopkinton High School, this Saturday 4/30, from 10 am to 3 pm. Free! Live entertainment, a green exhibit by Discovery Museums, environmental sculptures, 30+ vendors, arts and crafts, music, raffles, yoga and free chair massages all day. Bring your own recyclable bag and water bottle to minimize waste. Drop-off the kids at the Animal Adventures Show at 11am and head to the Green Your Home workshop one aisle over. Free Starbucks, Honest Tea and product samples. Bring a plastic water bottle to add to the Bottle House sculpture and a plastic grocery bag to build a Plastic Earth. These environmental exhibits hope to educate and inspire attendees to say “no” to plastic water bottles and bags.
Kids will be inspired by the Green Glam Fashion Runway starring the Let's Sing! Dance! Act!' troupe at 10:30. Then they can create their own fashions with the help of the Art on Wheels crew and star in the 2 encore Fashion runways later in the day. Meanwhile you can fill up your reusable bag (BYOB) with brand label clothing and toys for just $10 at the HopSwap in the cafeteria. Make that $5 if you've donated to the HopSwap.
