
This will be a FUN and CHALLENGING class that combines Yoga and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).
HIIT can help you break out of that fitness "plateau", build more muscle, and strengthen the cardiovascular system. While our typical yoga class progresses at a steady pace, this class will alternate between periods of maximum intensity and rest. Although the format will be very new and exciting, we will warm up with Sun Salutations, cool down with a yoga stretch, and practice mindfulness from beginning to end.
