
A straightforward class featuring fundamental yoga postures and primary flowing sequences. With special attention to alignment, participants will develop an awareness of their own abilities in order to self monitor and modify. This class is ideal for new-comers to yoga and seasoned practioners alike. This is a moderately paced yoga practice ideal for focusing on breath, alignment, sequence and terminology. Sun Salutation included. Temperature is 74-76 degrees. Session price includes one flex pass (flex pass must be used by session's end).
