Pajama Tykes/Little Family Yoga Event with Sweet Pea

Itsy Bitsy Yoga for Tykes/Little Families (siblings welcome!)

ages: 23 months to age 5 years old with a parent/caregiver. Younger siblings are invited to join as well!

Join us for a special Weekend Pajama Yoga event for Moms, Dads, and grandparents looking to enjoy a fun and nurturing Tots or Tykes/Little Family Itsy Bitsy Yoga class with their sweet pea! Pajamas for adults optional but encouraged!

Sweet Pea Yoga will treat you to a special Itsy Bitsy Yoga class where families with young children can learn and practice enjoy the nurturing, playful, and developmentally sound yoga postures, rhymes and songs that make IBY classes so memorable.

Tots Pajama Yoga Event (crawling-23 months)

3:00pm-3:45pm at BodyScapes in Southborough.

and

Tykes/Little Family Pajama Yoga Event (2- 5 year olds, younger siblings welcome!) 4:15pm-5:10pm at BodyScapes in Southborough.

$15/pair. ($8 extra for sibling--Tykes/Family only) 

Please, just 1 adult per family should attend.

Tykes Itsy Bitsy Yoga offers a fascinating flow of poses, songs, stories, and games through which parent and child can deepen their bond. This age-appropriate class helps Tykes and their parents discover and enhance their physical and social development. Tykes Itsy Bitsy Yoga is good for building a child's foundation for a healthy and fit lifestyle, and it is so much fun! No yoga experience required.
