The transition into parenthood can be a challenging time but you can discover as a couple how yoga can support your preparation for the birth of your baby. During this workshop you will have the opportunity to connect on a deeper level with each other and your baby through giving and receiving supported yoga poses which you can continue to practice at home. Experience how breathing practices, meditation, and relaxation can reduce stress, balance emotions and calm the mind. Birth partners will learn ways to support their partner during pregnancy and labor aiding in the facilitation of the birthing process. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Pre-registration required. $45 per pair early bird tuition by September 9th; $55 afterward.
