Enjoy yoga with a friend or loved one by learning ways to release tension and stress while practicing being in the present together. No previous yoga experience is required. Come with a partner or you can be paired up with one.
Focusing especially on the relieving tight muscles in the neck, shoulders and upper back, you will practice individually, simultaneous partner poses, as well as assisted partner poses allowing you to receive a much deeper release in these areas than on your own. You will receive a handout of partner poses. Pre-registration Required. $20 per person, if pre-registered and paid in advance, or 2 punches per person from a class card. $22 per person, if paying at the door.
