
This yoga flow class incorporates total body/breath awareness by beginning with centering and pranayama (breathing exercises). Students are then led through a series of spinal warm-ups before starting a slow vinyasa flow. At this slower pace, movement and breath are linked and the body is less prone to injury. Slow flow is ideal for all levels – beginners can grasp new postures more easily at this pace, and advanced practitioners will be challenged to hold poses for a longer period of time.
