Sports Nutrition for the Youth Athlete

Nutrition is a key component not only for overall health and well being but success on the field, court or ice...whichever surface your youth athlete plays his or her sport! 

Momentum PT will be providing a low cost seminar ($10 per person) describing ways to enhance nutrition of the youth athlete. From the importance of proper nutrition, to better options for breakfast, lunch and dinner and snacks ("try this not that"), the youth athlete and parents will learn how to best fuel for athletics and overall health.

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Sharon Timlin Race for ALS Research.
