Keep up (or begin) your YOGA practice this summer at the Senior Center Monday and Wednesday morning at 11a.m. Yoga can help keep you limber and give you more energy for all of your fun summer activities. Plus, Yoga can: ~ boost your circulation ~ stretch and strengthen your muscles ~ help you get a good night’s sleep~ relax and de-stress! Yoga is open to all, including beginners. At the Senior Center, we practice YOGA twice a week, Monday and Wednesday from 11-noon, a $3 donation is requested. Wednesdays have a very strong focus on standing and balance. Mondays include work on the mat. Teacher Roberta Weiner has practiced Yoga since the late ‘70s and is a certified Kripula Yoga teacher.
