Free Demonstration Class at Living Buddha Nature on 9/7
Living Buddha Nature, a new center in Millis, will hold its first free demonstration class on Sunday, September 7th, from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m.

Living Buddha Nature, a center for holistic healing and the arts, opened its doors earlier this summer in June. It offers many classes and therapeutic services like massage and counseling, as well as music performances and art exhibits. Instruction in practices such as yoga, tai chi, and qi gong will be provided, in addition to many events and workshops.
To introduce people to the wide variety of practices and services Living Buddha Nature offers, the center will hold its first free demonstration class on Saturday, September 7th, from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. This event is called A Taste of the Arts of Life: An Introduction to Living Buddha Nature. It will demonstrate the various styles of yoga, movement, and healing methods practiced at the center and allow attendees to meet some of the teachers and practitioners at this new community resource. Refreshments and time for questions will be provided afterwards.
This free event is open to anyone curious about the Living Buddha Nature’s offerings! The center is located in Centennial Place at 969 Main Street in Millis.
