All levels welcome!  The benefits of meditation are proven to include: better control of thoughts and emotions, lower stress and anxiety, improved focus and concentration, increased happiness and a healthier experience of life. The types of meditation techniques we will explore include:  mantra, mindfulness, lovingkindness, gratitude, breath awareness, and body awareness. 
Drop-ins welcome $16 (lower rates available with 5-class & 10-class card purchase).
