HCAT Airing New Programming

Viewers can catch new episodes of "Just Thinking," "A Quilter's Touch" and "SporTView."

Now showing on Comcast Channel 8 and Verizon Channel 32:

  • Just Thinking —  Mary Greendale talks with Tom Driscoll and Mike Stopa about politics and governing. There are some interesting answers to some interesting questions. The show airs on Saturday at 1 p.m., Monday at 6 p.m. and Tuesday at 3 and 8 p.m.
  • Holliston High School Composer Night —  Don't miss the creative talents of some High School students, who are the composers of some great musical pieces. The performance airs Saturday at 4 p.m. and Monday at 2 p.m.
  • A Quilter's Touch — Get ready for two new shows. In Linda Ramrath's first show, viewers can learn about making Group Quilts with your guild or your friends. The show airs great tips on Saturday at 12:30 and 6:30 p.m., Monday at 4 p.m. and Tuesday at 2:30 p.m.

    In the second show, Ramrath teaches viewers how to make reversible quilts. She exhibits some interesting quilts and gives all the inside hints on how to make them look so good. The show airs on Saturday at 6 p.m., Monday at 4:30 p.m. and Tuesday at 2 p.m.
  • SporTView — Jay Wyman and Tom Emmons have on the basketball seniors to talk about their season and some of their choices for college. Hear the latest on the High School winter sports and, of course, we get some questions from  The Colonel, The Maine Man and the Wilde man. The show airs  in Friday at 10 p.m., Sunday at 5 p.m. and Tuesday at 7 p.m.

HCAT is now streaming video on demand: HCAT is pleased to offer streaming video on demand so viewers can watch all the great programming on Holliston Cable Access television right from any computer.

Several shows are now available and more will be added daily. The hosting site shows the last 10 programs loaded as thumbnails on two pages.  If viewers don't see their favorite show, they can click on the "All Folders" dropdown box under the logo to see the folder names of HCAT's programs.

Viewers can pick their program of interest and all the available episodes will be listed. When viewers are ready to go back to the HCAT Web site, they can click anywhere on the heading and will be taken back to www.hcattv.org.

If viewers have a specific show you would like to see again, let HCAT know. HCAT can reschedule it on the air and/or make it available via on demand.
