Help Bring Cosmo Home and a Thank You Note
A look at what our readers posted this week.

Each week Holliston Patch takes a look back at what our readers posted so that you don't miss out on anything. Our goal, as a hyper-local news site, is to make this site sing by sharing with our readers. We love to hear from you. We value your comments and suggestions, and we will do our best to follow up on news tips received from you. We also appreciate that you make our lives easier by posting events and announcements for us. We will highlight reader postings here so nothing is missed. This week we've got a lost cat and a thank you note.
1. Cosmo is lost and wants your help to get back home. A reader writes, "a cat 1 year old gone missing on or about Columbus Day in the vicinity of Washington St/Summer St (Rt 126 to Fatima). Greyish coloring with some dark markings, white paws and white bib. No collar (unfortunately) but answers to Cosmo. Very friendly and will come if called. Pictures attached. Please contact Dianne Davidson at 508-254-6146 if you have seen him or have heard of someone finding a stray cat."
2. A huge thank you note was received in our announcements section from the Miller playground committee. To read the whole note click . Here are the highlights:

Thank you all for making the Harlem Wizards Basketball fundraiser a huge success! The Harlem Wizards entertained a sold-out crowd in their game against the Miller Evos on Tuesday, October 18th. With your help, the playground committee raised $7000. All proceeds will go toward the new Miller School playground.
The night started off with a musical number bystudents who performed an arrangement of the Beatles' song, Come Together. This was followed by Boy Scouts Pack 47, Den 3's flag ceremony, after which Brittney Galeaz, a senior, lead the assembly in the National Anthem.
