Police say the vehicle was driven extremely aggressively and at an unreasonably high speed. Castellanos allegedly changed lanes without signaling and passed other cars recklessly, other drivers in significant danger.
Police attempted to catch up without alerting Castellanos out of fear that he would flee and drive even more recklessly. A trooper following the vehicle was able to get behind it near a construction zone and pull it over near exit 25 in Marlborough.
