On Wednesday, the IT department noticed that its site came up with text, which opened with, "I am Muslim &amp; I love jihad. I love ISIS." It continued with a message that started, "A message to all the peoples of the world and especially the government..." <a href="http://premiumshield.com" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">The site on Wednesday was up and running</a> with its regular content.
