Friday, June 20 

• 11:05 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Underwood Street.  A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.
• 3:46 PM: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Birch Road.   A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
• 9:55 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm activation on Skyview Terrace.

Saturday, June 21 

• 9:32 AM: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Ruth Ellen Road.  A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
• 9:59 AM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Chief Michael Cassidy investigated a report of smoke in the area of Concord Street.
• 11:50 AM: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Ridge Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham. 
• 7:29 PM: Medical – Weekend Duty Officer Chief Michael Cassidy, FF/EMT Scott deGanne, the ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency in the woods off Beatrice Lane.  A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center. 

Sunday, June 22

• 7:55 AM: Investigation – Deputy Jim Moore investigated an alarm activation on Underwood Street.
• 7:11 PM: Brush Fire – Weekend Duty Officer Chief Michael Cassidy, Deputy Jim Moore and Engine 2 responded to a brush fire on South Street.

Monday, June 23 

• 10:20 AM: Medical – Chief Michael Cassidy and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Greenview Drive.  A Milford resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
• 10:20 AM: Medical – A MedStar ambulance responded to a medical alarm on Adams Street.  The alarm transmission was accidental; the ambulance was cancelled prior to arrival.

Tuesday, June 24

• 8:42 AM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm activation on Washington Street.
• 10:39 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Temi Road.  A resident was transported to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
• 11:21 AM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an odor on Noel Drive.  NStar Gas was notified.
• 1:12 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Prentice Street.  A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

Wednesday, June 25 

• 9:17 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Anne Marie Drive.  A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham. 
• 7:34 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Norfolk Street.  A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick. 

Thursday, June 26 

• 9:50 AM: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Birch Road.  A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center. 
• 3:37 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Adams Street.  The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained. 
• 8:34 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Prentice Street.  The ambulance was cancelled prior to arrival.
