Holliston Hockey Hands Out Team Awards
Seniors John Georgallas and Chris Lamont shared the team's MVP award following its best season in six years.

After leading the Holliston hockey team to the state tournament for the first time in six years, seniors John Georgallas and Chris Lamont split the team MVP award at its year-end banquet Sunday night.
Following a strong regular season, Georgallas, a forward, scored the winning goals in the Panthers' tournament wins over and . Meanwhile, Lamont, a goalie, stood tall in net as the Panthers finished 10-9-4 following in a Division 3 South quarterfinal.
Senior defenseman Justin Dunham won the Mantanuto Award for "leadership and excellence," while the Coaches Award went to senior forward Eric Witunski. Senior forward Brody Mankus was honored with the ABT Hardworker Award, while fellow senior forward Zach Mason was the Unsung Hero.

Vince Coffey and Tim Araujo, who will be seniors in 2011-2012, were named as next year's captains, while Jamie Losanno and Max Turcotte will be the junior assistant captains.
For the junior varsity team, Drew Ballenger and Tyler Perry were named co-MVPs, while Ryan Murphy won the Coaches Award.
