Holliston Loses US Army Veteran, Longtime Resident
Edward Serocki has died at the age of 92.
Edward John Serocki, 92, died Tuesday, July 31. Born in Framingham, he was a resident of Holliston since 1930. He was a Radio Sergeant in the US Army in the 40's and was a member of veteran's associations such as the Holliston American Legion, the VFW, and the Polish Legion of Americans Veterans Post 55 in Salem.
He was predeceased by his wife Jennie, and his son, Edward Jr. In his retirement, he enjoyed spending time on the farm.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 4, from 10-11 a.m. at the
. A funeral service will follow in the funeral home
at 11:30. Burial will follow at a later date in of Holliston.
