Holliston Police Log: Empty Gas Tanks, Angry Drivers

Charges do not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.

Tuesday, July 3

2:15 a.m.: Police came across a disabled motor vehicle on Washington Street. The driver had run out of gas. The driver's boyfriend was going to be bringing her to Milford with a gas can.

5:13 p.m.: Police received a report that a male driver on Washington and Highland streets was outside of his vehicle yelling at the driver behind him. Police could not locate the man.

5:30 p.m.: A Curve Street resident found a hypodermic needle in his backyard. Police determined it might have been improperly disposed of medical waste. They brought it to the  for disposal.

11:27 p.m.: A driver was reportedly all over the road on Concord Street. Police issued a citation.

Wednesday, July 4

1:59 a.m.: Police issued a verbal warning for trespassing on Hopping Brook Road. The parties were going to be leaving a vehicle in the parking lot overnight. The vehicle was going to be picked up in the morning.

9:21 a.m.: Police responded to a single-vehicle motor vehicle crash on Central Street.

12:14 p.m.: A person walked in to the reporting larceny of a motor vehicle on Curve Street.

7:08 p.m.: An unwanted guest was reported at a Dorset Road home. The party was gone upon police arrival.

9:30 p.m.: A vehicle was out of gas and being pushed down Washington Street.

11:42 p.m.: Fireworks were reported in the area. The area was checked; all was quiet.

Thursday, July 5

9:14 a.m.: Police investigated a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street.

4:33 p.m.: A Marshall Street resident reported a woman walked into his house asking for help. Police responded and took the woman to the Police Department.
