Holliston Youth Lacrosse Donates $1,000 to Metro Lacrosse
The money will outfit a Metro Lacrosse team for an entire season.

The following is a press release issued earlier this week by Holliston Youth Lacrosse:
On Saturday night, representatives from Holliston Youth Lacrosse presented a check for$1,000 to Metro Lacrosse at halftime of the Boston Cannon's game to support their efforts to raise funds to buy equipment for inner city kids.
Metro Lacrosse is a non-profit organization that provides inner-city youth the opportunity to play lacrosse.

"HYLA believes that this donation is in keeping with its mission to provide opportunities to youth of of our community in the sport of lacrosse. Our mantra is to teach kids to honor the game and this is how it becomes a reality.
"We honor the game by providing for those less fortunate the opportunity to play lacrosse, which in turn will provide for better opportunities in the future for Holliston kids."

Through HYLA's donation, Metro Lacrosse will be able to outfit a team for the season.
