HOLLISTON, MA—The town wide winter parking ban goes into effect at midnight on Nov. 1 and remains in effect until March 31, 2017. "In an effort to work with the residents of Holliston the ban will be enforced if there is a forecast of inclement weather or actual inclement weather, which includes any precipitation. Should inclement weather be;forecasted or occurring, residence will have to have all vehicles off the road or be subject to ticketing or towing.
