In Fox25's High School Football game of the week, Hopkinton beat Westwood, 42-13.
Hopkinton continued its one-loss season under the Westwood lights on Friday night. It was an exciting game for the Hopkinton fans, as the Hillers kept hammering in touchdowns.
The Hillers scored the first touchdown of the game with 6 minutes to go in the first quarter when senior Barrett Hanlon caught an 18-yard pass from quarterback senior Mike Decina. Just before the end of the first quarter, Westwood was able to score a touchdown to take a 7-6 lead.
In the second quarter, the Hillers were the only ones to score, putting in two touchdowns, one by Hanlon the other a pass to senior Jason Dlugolecki. They went into the half leading 22-7.

After the break Hopkinton scored twice, with one pass to Hanlon and one to senior Alex Hulme. The Wolverines were able to answer one of them going into the fourth with Hopkinton on top, 35-13.
The fourth quarter was the lowest scoring of the game; Hopkinton scored the only touchdown when junior Shaun Palmer caught a 13-yard pass. The game ended with Hopkinton on top, 42-13.

The Hillers, now 9-1, will have nearly two weeks off before their Thanksgiving Day game against Ashland at home.
