Hopkinton Girls, Boys Win Outdoor TVL Track Titles

(UPDATE: The Patch has to apologize for earlier versions of these results which left out Mary Kate Cavanaugh, 5th in the 2-mile and Leah Holmes, 6th in the 800. The oversight was corrected on May 23 at 8 p.m. Thanks to those of you who noticed and offered the correct results!)

 Here are the results of the Tri-Valley League Outdoor Track and Field Championships in Westwood on May 18.

"Wow!  Those were not pleasant conditions," said girls coach Brian Hall. "We didn't come out with season's best marks we fared much better than other TVL athletes."

Hall told his team, "Great effort, great season girls!"
