Hopkinton High Graduate Joe Barra Off to Florida
Joe will pursue his interest in music by studying audio engineering at the University of Miami.
Among many activities during his four years at Hopkinton High School, Joe Barra was a member of the National Honor Society and played on the Ultimate Frisbee Team.
Joe loves music and played the oboe and saxophone in the High School Concert Band, was an accompaniest at musicals, like Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and is in the ska band Splatter Cactus.
Joe not only plays in the band but enjoys recording the band's live sounds, which has led him to continue his education at the University of Miami, where he will pursue a career as an audio engineer.
