UPDATED: Two Arrested for Tyngsborough Housebreak
Police arrested two for breaking in to a house in Tyngsborough.

Editor's Note: Based on original information provided by Tyngsborough police, Patch reported incorrectly the name of a Hopkinton man as one of the arrested. The following has been updated to reflect the update that includes the correct suspects. Suspect Joseph Anderson allegedly identified himself as the man that was listed in the original article as a suspect.
HOLLISTON-HOPKINTON, MA—Police arrested two after responding to a call where the victim of a housebreak chased down a man and woman who allegedly stole two passports from a Tynsborough home on Friday.
Tamara Mathewson-Reed, 29, Tyngsborough, and Joseph Anderson, 31, Haverhill, were charged with receiving stolen property and other charges.

At approximately 12:30 p.m. Saturday, Tyngsborough police responded to a call of two males chasing a male and female on Lakeview Avenue. Police found when they got there the victim of the alleged breaking and entering from the day before, informing them the two he chased were the pair who stole the passports. Reed and Anderson ran into the woods, said police.
After a perimeter was established, Tyngsborough Detectives, along with K-9 units from Tyngsborough and Chelmsford, searched the wooded area and both were found around 1:15 and arrested.

The incident is related to a break-in on June 10, when police responded to a residence on Blossom Street for a report of an attempted breaking and entering. Officers found that the upstairs bedroom was gone through and a locked file cabinet was damaged. A black and gray North Face backpack containing clothes, grooming items and the military and personal passports of the victim, was reported stolen.
All items from the previous home break, including the victim's military and personal passports, were recovered.
Tamara Mathewson-Reed, 29 yrs. old of Tyngsborough, was charged with receiving stolen property over $250, (2) Fugitive from Justice Warrants (out of New Hampshire for a parole warrant and past charge of receiving stolen property), Warrant out of Lowell District Court and Warrant out of Lawrence District Court for past charges of larceny over $250, credit card fraud and uttering false checks.
Joseph Anderson, 31 yrs. old of Haverhill, was charged with receiving stolen property over $250, charge for arrestee furnishing false name, (3) Fugitive from Justice warrants (out of New Hampshire for charges of Burglary and Theft by unauthorized taking (2 counts), and a warrant out of Lawrence District Court for past charges of credit card fraud over $250 (2 counts) and credit card fraud under $250.
