“Pink Drink Night” Tickets on Sale May 15

May 11, 2015, Hopkinton, Mass. – Hopkinton Public Library Foundation will host its 4th Annual Touch-A-Truck and Food Truck Festival on Sunday, May 31, 2015, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Hopkinton High School parking lot. Children can touch and climb on trucks and vehicles of all sorts, including Hopkinton’s fire trucks, construction vehicles, interesting cars, and more! Take a ride on the Roaming Railroad, enter to win a Power Wheels, get your face painted by Hopkinton’s own Joelle Crosby of Joelle’s Skincare And Makeup, and enjoy delicious food from local food trucks, including Anzio’s Brick Oven Pizza, Say Cheese (gourmet grilled cheese), PJ’s On the Go (burgers and upscale comfort food), Captain Marden’s Seafood Truck: The Cod Squad, WOW Barbecue, Boston Projuice, Cool Cow Ice Cream and Kona Ice.

The cost to enter is $5 per child and $8 per adult with all proceeds benefiting the restoration, renovation and expansion of Hopkinton Public Library. Tickets are available at the Library, online at www.HPLFinc.org, and at the door. Touch-A-Truck is generously sponsored by Next Generation Children’s Centers, Paul M. Phipps Insurance Agency, The Razor’s Edge, and Kumon of Hopkinton. Be sure to stop by our Sponsor tables at the event: Hopkinton Center for the Arts, LeafFilter, Next Step Living, and Pink Truck Designs.

HPLF’s Boston Marathon runners – Jim Montalto, Vipul Minocha and Danielle Keane – ran to fantastic finish times on a cold and wet marathon Monday, raising nearly $25,000 for the Library project. Thank you to them and to all who donated in support of their marathon efforts, especially the Minocha family who matched all gifts in support of Vipul, and the 9 Hopkinton families who joined 1000 Homes for Hopkinton Library in support of Jim!
