HPTA News: Coed Kickball, Hopkinton Heroes Winners
A lucky 13 essay writers nominated Hopkinton Heroes, all of whom will be honored this year.

Stealing Bases won the first Hopkinton Parent Teacher Association's First Annual Coed Kickball Tournament on Saturday, May 7, 2011 at Cornell's fields. Stealing Bases team members are Hopkinton parents Heather and Gregg Butler, Sean and Natasha Clarke, Scott and Kathy Fraser, Annabel and Bob Champlin, Paige and Tim Lind, and Pavel and Christina Perlov. Congratulations!

The HPTA received 13 essays from students for consideration in the Fourth Annual Hopkinton Heroes essay contest.
Judges were touched by all of the essays – and the extraordinary efforts made by our local heroes – and will honor all of the nominees for 2011.

Our heroes include teachers, firefighters, librarians, busdrivers and even a sibling. They have all made the difference in the life of a child and in the Hopkinton community. The 2011 Hopkinton Heroes and the students who recognized them include:
