iParty Donates Japanese Eraser Earnings to Tsunami Relief
Stores near Hopkinton include Route 9 in Natick and Hartford Ave. in Bellingham.
Dedham-based party-supply retailer iParty will donate earnings from Japanese-made erasers sold at its 52 stores in New England and Tampa, FL, to tsunami relief in Japan.
iParty sells a variety of novelty erasers from Japan that are shaped like fruit, flowers, bears and fast food.
The erasers themselves may be small, but the money to earthquake and tsunami relief will make more than a small difference. iParty will donate 100 percent of its profits from sales of 53 types of artistic erasers.
