Lottery Announced for Condos at The Orchards

The Orchards at Holliston, a group of luxury condominiums at 353 to 377 Highland Street, will be staging a lottery for six affordable townhouses in the coming months.

The available units, which cost $166,500, all feature two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms with approximately 1,580 square feet of living space.

The maximum income for those entering the lottery are as follows:

• One person — $45,100
• Two people — $51,500
• Three people — $58,000
• Four people — $64,400

Income limits for 2011 and other restrictions apply.

An information session will be held at from 6 to 8 p.m. on May 17 in Room 105 of the . An open house will follow from 6 to 8 p.m. on May 23 at Unit 13 (353 Highland St.) of The Orchards.
