Mooning Over My Pammy
The Holliston Grill is the place to be for great food and great conversation.

You’ve heard of moons over my hammy on your breakfast menu; but did you realize that your favorite restaurant, the , comes complete with a love story all its own?
Owners Dave Ullenbruch and Pam Zicko once worked at a local paper converting company in town. There they met and fell in love, but the story doesn't end there.
“In five months time we got married, quit our jobs, and bought a restaurant,” Ullenbruch said. “We bought the restaurant for many reasons, but one of the main reasons was because it allowed us to continue to work together.”

Along with conversation, the Holliston Grill serves up pancakes, homemade soups, omelettes, French toast, hot dogs, hamburgers, a variety of sandwiches and lots of terrific daily specials. A typical American style diner, the grill has both counter and sit down service.
“We just recently celebrated ten years,” Ullenbruch said. “Prior to us buying the place, this was Pete's Lunch. He had been here since the 50's." When Pam first asked me if I would be interested in owning my own business, I right away said yes. I had always been interested. Besides, I love to give back to the community.”

Ullenbruch notes that his wife is great at giving back.
“My wife is really good at giving back,” Ullenbruch said. “She is a selectmen and she is always involved."
Pam herself loves what she does, and feels blessed to have the opportunity to be part of a community she loves and make a difference.
The quote on the menu reads, “If you don’t visit the grill you autto because it’s a fun place to be," Zicko explained.
"It's true, this is a fun place to be, and we love it here."
And truth be told, they love each other. Both their marriage and the grill are ten years old this year - pop in and wish David and Pam a happy day, and enjoy a terrific meal while you are there.
