Thinks way outside the lines. . ..Does not know what the box is!
Is highly responsive to team goals, is committed to putting clients first, to doing the right thing, and to seeking win-win agreements. Prospects for seller leads daily (includes identifying and calling our company leads, for sale by owner and expired listing candidates), closes those leads to appointments, closes appointments to agreements, and then provides high-level fiduciary advice on pricing strategy to sell the home. You will work in tandem with the Marketing Manager to launch marketing campaigns. Upon receiving an offer, she/he will negotiate the offer, write the contract, and oversee the deal through its close.
