NRG Home Solar to Host Interview Open House at Franklin Office

NRG Home Solar, one of the country’s leading residential solar companies, will host an open house style event at its Franklin, Massachusetts office location to hire new candidates as the company continues to expand rapidly in the state. Since its opening in January, the Franklin office has added 50 new employees to the NRG Home Solar team and looks to fill 20 positions as part of the May 14th event. NRG Home Solar provides qualified homeowners in Massachusetts the opportunity to install solar for little to no upfront costs, allowing them to generate a portion of their own electricity and reduce their energy bills as a result.

NRG Home Solar is looking to hire candidates in a range of operations, sales and administrative roles including Solar Specialists, Solar Installers, skilled and licensed electricians, Lead Generators and Solar Administrators. Hiring managers will provide additional details regarding the available roles in the company at the open house. All persons age 18 and older interested in a career in solar are welcome to attend.
