Panther Boys Track and Field Fourth at TVL Championships
The Holliston girls placed seventh in the event, which was held Thursday at Westwood High.

The Holliston High boys track and field team finished in fourth place at the Tri-Valley League Championships Thursday at Westwood High.
With 70 points, the Panthers came in just a point out of second place - behind Norton and Medfield, both of whom had 71 - and one point ahead of fifth-place Westwood (69). Winner Hopkinton ran away with the league title, amassing 127 points.
Meanwhile, the Holliston girls placed seventh out of 10 teams with 37 points. Senior Vickie Palmatier was the only event winner for either the Panther boys or girls, taking the shot put (34 feet) and javelin (87-10) for 20 of girls' points.

On the other side, the Panthers boys used a host of 2 through 5 finishes to climb the team standings. Patric Castellanos was the runner up in two events, taking second in the high jump (5-8) and the long jump (19-0).
Zack Snow (400 meters, 51.78 seconds), Dan Barone (200 meters, 23.32), Raeburn Hathaway (javelin, 142-3) and the 4x400-meter relay team of Zack Snow, Ben Moody, Andy Mysliwiec and Devin Sanford (3:39.01) all placed second as well.

Trevor Alper (100-meter dash, 11.99) and Josh Mclinden (110-meter hurdles, 16.03) each finished third, while Evan Reseska was fourth in the mile (4:43.19).
Sanford (400, 53.07), Ben Moody (400-meter hurdles, 61.49), Sam Gillespie (high jump, 5-8) and Cam Chisholm (shot put, 40-8.25) all placed fifth.
For the Panther girls, the 4x400 team of Rachel Everett, Anna Mannello, Kaylee Kozubal and Jill Rosati was third in 4:26.59.
Kaylee Kozubal came in fourth in the 800 meters (2:31.84), while Everett (high jump, 4-7), Rosati (mile, 5:40.88) and the 4x100 team of Morgan McKunes, Meridith McKunes, Caroline Clancy and Briana Crowley (54.54) all took fifth.
