Panthers Hockey Seeks Golfers for Sunday Tourney

The HHS Panthers golf tournament has room for a more foursomes for its annual fundraiser.

With all the activity planned for Saturday--including Celebrate Holliston, and the CF Ride--you may think Sunday would be a logical day of rest. 

But Sunday morning, Oct. 2 actually brings the Holliston High Schoo varsity Panther's hockey team's annual golf tournament fundraiser at Pinecrest County Club.  

The tourney, which is staffed by team players and is a major fundraiser for the program, begins with a shotgun start at 8:15 a.m.

This year's tournament is the 15th. The event helps support Coach Rick LeBlanc, his staff and the team as they head into the 2011-2012 season. Tryouts for the team begin Nov. 29.

Entry fee for the tournament is $100 per golfer. That price includes continental breakfast and a lunch buffet, as well as raffles. There will also be a silent auction.

Lunch-and-raffle only tickets are also available for $25 each.
