A 57-year-old woman from Holliston has died from injuries she sustained when she was hit by a car on Washington Street on Wednesday. Karen Evers-Pecci was struck near 752 Washington St. and was rushed to Massachusetts Medical Center in Worcester with serious injuries. She was listed in critical condition, and Holliston police reported on Dec. 26 that she passed away on Dec. 24. The driver of the car who hit Evers-Pecci is a 53-year-old man from Deerfield Beach, FL. He accompanied police to the station for an investigation.
