Hopkinton photographer Vicki Francis was on the scene April 18 before the 2011 Boston Marathon started in Hopkinton. Vicki  had a race of her own to catch the commuter rail into Boston where she stationed herself at the finish to record smiles, silliness, exultation, exhaustion and even marriage proposals for the Boston Marathon's 115th running.
