Photographer Finds Creative Way to Showcase Dogs in Need

Beth Oram Photography helps Baypath Humane Society thank 5K sponsors & highlight dogs in need

Beth Oram has a knack for capturing beautiful pictures of pets, but her photo shoot this past weekend was particularly special.

Beth photographed Pebbles, a four-year-old dog, as part of a creative campaign to highlight animals in need of homes. Baypath Humane Society was looking for a fun way to thank its biggest 5K sponsors, and decided to photograph adoptable dogs with props that give a nod to the top sponsors for its upcoming 5K.

Oram, who is also a Baypath volunteer, donated her time for the photo shoot, taking pictures of Pebbles with a stack of law books, a pet bandana, and a bunch of colorful toy cars. The photos were shared on Baypath’s Facebook page to thank sponsors Attorney Theresa Meltzer, Imperial Cars, and Pet World.

To thank sponsor Dunkin Donuts (the Sardinha Family), the shelter also shared a fun photo of a handsome dog named Tupper, napping away dreaming about ”dunkies”.

The Baypath Humane Society Paws & Claws 5K is an annual pet-friendly, child-friendly event that helps raise money to help stray and unwanted dogs and cats.
