Polar Vortex to Hit Holliston and Hopkinton; Snow Likely
Snow is in the forecast Thursday, Friday and Sunday for parts of New England.

Thursday will be the unofficial start to winter in Holliston and Hopkinton when a polar vortex barrels in.
The system has dropped more than a foot of snow on the upper Midwest as it rolls east.

New England will see a smaller amount of snow, according to the National Weather Service. On Thursday night, there will likely be some wet snow but no noticeable accumulation in Holliston and Hopkinton. The most likely chance of snow comes on Thursday and Friday. There could be a similar amount of drier snow Friday morning. Nighttime temperatures will be in the mid-20s at Friday and Saturday.
The frigid weather will continue next week, with daytime highs in the 30s and low 40s.
