It belonged to a person who was doing work a building there. 1:48 p.m.: A person walked in to the police station to report a breaking and entering on Hayden Rowe Street. 5:20 p.m.: A caller reported that a tractor-trailer was parked in a travel lane on West Main Street. When an officer arrived the truck was gone. 6:16 p.m.: A person walked in to the station to report fraud involving checks.
