Police Log: Driving While on Drugs, Illegal Dumping

Tuesday, April 10
1:49 a.m.: Officers checked multiple motor vehicles parked at the beach on Lakeshore Drive. After checking the vehicles and the beach there were no problems.
9:49 a.m.: A caller from South Street reported potential theft from an ATM. An officer responded and spoke to the person, informing them that it was an old unit.

10:18 a.m.: A person from Ridge Road went in to the to report a recent theft.
1:43 p.m.: A caller reported that one of his delivery drivers had a confrontation with a resident on Saddle Hill Road. Upon arrival an officer determined that the altercation was a car crash.

2:04 p.m.: A resident of Jamie Lane went in to the station to speak to an officer about illegal dumping.
3:55 p.m.: Christopher Michael Pendergast, 37, of 243 Winthrop St., Framingham, was arrested after several callers to the station reported that he was driving erratically. Pendergast was charged with OUI drugs, marked lanes violation and reckless operation of a motor vehicle.
5:09 p.m.: A caller from Briarcliff Drive reported that someone rang his doorbell and knocked really loudly on his door. When he answered the door there was nobody there. An officer checked the area but did not find anything suspicious.
