The caller was asking that Douglas Police Department do a check on her daughter, who had said that she had "no reason to live" and that her mother "should start picking out a pine box for her." Douglas PD called in to report the party was OK.

— An officer initiated a building check on Concord St. The building was found to be secure.

— An officer initiated a building check on Central St. The officer located an unsecured lower garage door. A keyholder was notified and responded to secure the open door.

— An officer responded to a business alarm activation. The officer checked and found an open back garage door. A keyholder was called to secure the open door.

— An officer initiated traffic enforcement at the intersection of Washington St. and Pearl St.

— An officer initiated a building check on Prentice St. The building was found to be secure.

— An officer initiated a building check on Summer St. The building was found to secure.

— An officer intitiated a motor vehicle check on Railroad St. The vehicle was parked, unoccupied, at the rear of a business.

— Officers responded to a 911 call of a motor vehicle crash on Norfolk St. The driver had struck and killed a deer. Paul Bennett later picked up the deer.

— Officers responded to a call to assist another agency. Medway Police Department was requesting a cruiser to assist with a three-car motor vehicle crash.

— An officer initiated selective enforcement on Washington St.

— An officer initiated a motor vehicle stop on Washington St. A citation was issued for speeding.

— An officer assisted a resident who had locked himself out of his car on Hollis St.

— An officer responded to a business alarm activation on Kuniholm Dr. The building was found to be secure.

— An officer assisted with a call of a disabled motor vehicle at the intersection of Washington St. and Highland St. The officer helped the driver push the car into a driveway.

— An officer initiated traffic enforcement on South St.

— An officer responded to a 911 call on Chamberlain St. The call was found to have been accidental.

— An officer initiated traffic enforcement at the intersection of Highland St. and Prentice St.

— An officer initiated a motor vehicle stop on Washington St. A citation was issued for speeding.

— An officer issued a written warning for a crosswalk violation on Washington St.

— An officer assisted with a motor vehicle/home lockout on Burnap Rd.

— Officers responded to a 911 medical emergency on Washington St. The patient was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

— Officers responded to a 911 medical emergency on Whitney St. The patient was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.

— An officer fielded a walk-in report of a driver striking a deer on Summer St. The deer had caused damage to the vehicle before leaving the scene.

— An officer fielded a phone call from a resident reporting that his car had been struck on Wednesday around 1 p.m. in the parking lot behind . The caller is unsure of who caused the damage but wanted the incident logged.

— An officer initiated a initiated a motor vehicle stop on Washington St. and issued a verbal warning for operating an unregistered or improperly equipped motor vehicles. The vehicle was re-registered at the roadside.

— An officer fielded a complaint for Medway Police Department about a blue Chrysler driving erratically and heading north on Summer St. into Holliston. That car was eventually stopped heading eastbound on Washington St. The driver checked out OK.

— Officers responded to a motor vehicle crash on Highland St. There were no injuries and the officers assisted with paper exchange.

— Officers responded to a 911 medical emergency on Hanlon Rd. The caller said that his wife was feeling like she was going to pass out. The patient was transported to the hospital.

— An officer initiated a motor vehicle stop on Summer St. and checked an occupied car that was on the side of the road. The party was talking on a cell phone.

— An officer fielded a call of a business alarm activation on Washington St. The alarm company called back and canceled.
