Police Log: Parked in Woods, Old Turkey Donation

Thursday, April 5
1:48 a.m.: An officer checked a motor vehicle that was parked in the woods on Elm Street.
2:23 a.m.: An officer checked a person on Main Street who said they were walking from Northbridge to Framingham. The person was pushing a green specialized bike.

3:01 a.m.: The person from an earlier incident left several items behind the church on Main Street. An officer located him on East Main Street and he said they were donations. Officers threw away an expired turkey but left a bicycle there as a donation.
7:04 a.m.: A caller reported a two-car crash on Ash Street. No injuries were reported.

11:56 a.m.: A resident reported receiving threats at work.
12:02 p.m.: A person walked in to the station to report a possible identity theft
5:16 p.m.: A caller reported an erratic driver in Upton. The Upton Police Department responded.
6:55 p.m.: A 911 caller reported a fire in the back yard of her Pond Street house. responded.
7:45 p.m.: A caller reported that construction workers left large pipes in the roadway on Alprilla Farm Road. An officer responded and coned off the pipes.
8:28 p.m.: A 911 caller reported an erratic driver on Fruit Street. An officer responded and found the vehicle parked in the driveway.
8:45 p.m.: An officer spoke with the operator of a motor vehicle on Fruit Street. The person said they were lost.
8:57 p.m.: A caller reported a sewer pump alarm. The on-call sewer worker was notified and responded.
11:58 p.m.: A caller reported teenagers getting out of a vehicle on Jamie Lane. The caller said his dog was barking but he did not know what the teens were doing. Officers checked the area but could not find the vehicle in question. They did find a vehicle with an interior light on. After speaking with the vehicle owner no valuables were missing.
