POLL: Obama Addresses Congress and America

Last night, President Barack Obama gave his third State of the Union address since winning the election in 2008.

Obama touched on many issues that face the country today, including the housing crisis, the increased cost of college, and the nuclear threat in Iran.

According to boston.com he explained a plan that is very different from what we've seen in the recent Republican debates.

"Obama outlined a vastly different vision for fixing the country than the one pressed by the Republicans confronting him in Congress and fighting to take his job in the November election. He pleaded for an active government that ensures economic fairness for everyone, just as his opponents demand that the government back off and let the free market rule."
