Register to Vote Today, Before it's Too Late

How do you register to vote? What does it mean to chose a party affiliation? These questions and more are question that the Town Clerk hears every day.

Ann Click, , said that the best way to register to vote is by doing it in person.

"Any one who is 18 and older and a resident of Hopkinton can come in here during business hours to register," Click said, displaying the simple voter registration form. "It's especially important to remember to register now if you're going to be out of town for school or some other reason."

Elizabeth Greendale, , echoed those thoughts and offered to help anyone in town with questions.

The final day to register to vote for the Sept. 6 primaries is this Friday. The Hopkinton Town Clerk's office will be open until 8 p.m. for last minute registrations, the Holliston Town Clerk will close at 5 p.m.
