Selectmen to Discuss Compensation Study
The board meets tonight at 7 p.m. in Town Hall and will also discuss Website development and a recent letter from the Federal Emergency Management Agency regarding the town's flood map.

Selectmen will discuss the employee compensation study that Town Meeting approved in May when they meet tonight at 7 p.m.
Town Meeting for the independent review of municipal employee compensation and benefits packages and how they compare to other communities. Some officials said at the time that it may cost as much as twice that amount to complete the study.
The appraisal is seen as a first step in addressing what has grown into $46.3 million of debt for health insurance benefits, much of it related to benefits for retired town employees.
The meeting will be held in Room 105 of . Other agenda items include Website development and a letter from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) about flood maps.
