7Weather’s Jeremie Reiner wrote that the snowfall totals will not “break records or be a blockbuster but it will impact travel on Thursday and again early Friday. It's a cold storm so there won't be any concern of rain/snow lines (even on the Cape, it's all snow). Due to arctic air, this storm will produce light & fluffy snow--easy for shoveling but easy for considerable blowing/drifting as winds will be from the northeast 15-35mph.”

He added that coastal flooding is possible on Thursday and Friday during the midday high tides.
