This 20 class yoga challenge runs Monday - Friday, June 1-26 from 6-7AM at Earthsong Yoga. Throughout the challenge you’ll sample various styles of yoga including Restorative, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Kripalu. Instruction provided by Tory J. Nash, Heather Harwood, and Gail Cannon.
